kate lanphear was mentioned on fashion toast today...her style is amazing! she definitely makes black and grey so interesting. I'd love to dress like her, but I think I couldn't pull off such a look. I grabbed these photos off the fashion spot.

coyuchi and indika

I wanted to get some organic sheets and towels for the new house. We are moving in this weekend, even though the house isn't done. Our lease is up on our rental, and we have to move. It's going to be a busy weekend!



I got this duvet cover from coyuchi made from linen and cotton. It's really natural and peaceful looking.



I also bought a couple of these really soft towels from indika. The wavey pattern is really cool and reversible. I got the white and tan ones:



I usually love colors and bright patterns, but I think in the new house I'm going to try to keep things simple and serene. We'll see how long that lasts. :P

new cabinets

The wall cabinets went in today. The kitchen looks so good! I'm so happy we made those changes to the layout at the last minute. It's so much better now.
