I love the new photos on the selby today. this apartment is so colorful and happy! I love that really long dining table and the white cabinets beneath the windows. the bathroom tile is amazing!

one of these yellow rugs from pottery barn would look so cheerful under our dining table. pottery barn really has some great rugs.

stacks of cubbies

I've been trying to find the perfect piece of furniture to go next to the front door for holding cell phones, keys, and all that random stuff. I can't find anything that is the right size or style, so my latest idea is to do something like this. I'd like to find a bunch of wooden cubes, little shelves, crates, etc. and make artful stack of them next to our front door. maybe all painted white. I'm just not sure where to get cubes like this cheaply. no luck on craigslist...maybe antique stores?

I never tried out polyvore because I assumed it was going to be lame, but I decided to try it today. It is so much fun to play with and surprisingly simple to use! I had so much fun making this collage...I think I'm addicted.
